Jeremy Clouse was walking his daughters to a school bus stop when he confronted a man exposing himself and doing a lewd act in his car while watching the school children. He punched the man who who fled and police would like help in identifying him.

Clouse was walking with his two daughters from their residence in the 2900 block of NE 18th Court in Gresham when he saw an unfamiliar vehicle near the stop with a male inside watching children about 10:10 a.m. Tuesday morning. As he approached, he noticed the man had his pants down. Clouse confronted the man in the car about his behavior, but the man giggled at him. Clouse responded by punching the man in the face, which stopped both the giggling and sexual behavior. The suspect drove off northbound on N.E. Kane from where the incident occurred.

The suspect is described as a light skinned Hispanic male, weighing about 180 pounds. He should have fresh bruising on the left side of his jaw or eye. He was driving a 90's four-door Nissan Sentra, gray in color with no license plate. In place of the plate, it may have had a dealer insert.
