Dominique DeWeese says he asked an attendant at Jay's Garage on Southeast 7th Avenue in Portland to fill up a canister of gas on July 28 so he could mow his lawn, but the attendant refused to sell to him because the attendant assumed DeWeese was a protester and would use the gas to commit arson during nightly protests.
