A 5th grade Girl Scout named Chloe Birt is working toward her bronze award by collecting more than 150 dresses, along with shoes to be given to girls for prom night.
Sweet girl Chloe said "Because my friend wasn't able to afford dresses, so we bought some for her; that's the reason I did this prom closet."
50 dresses were given out at the event, and a seamstress volunteered to help anyone with needed alterations for their dresses.
