A lot of us sit a lot at our jobs. I know I have to remind myself to get up and walk around every once in a while just so my knees don't get stiff. It's pretty well known that standing at your desk is a good idea for exercise, in fact at our offices, most of our Advertising Executives (sales people) have those "ergo" desk tops so they can stand and work at their computers. Here are some pretty easy exercises you can do at your desk at work, that won't make you feel totally foolish, but will help you get/keep in shape.
