After eating too much and not exercising enough during winter, I always find myself thinking about and discovering ways to slim down, get in shape, and to look good by the time summer rolls around. One thing I don't want to do though, is suffer because of it. With only a little time to do it, I thought this article from Shape magazine had some really worthwhile suggestions. I'll bet if we did all of them, we would truly be in shape and looking good by summer if we start today. The big deal will be carving out enough time in a busy day to do it all. Good Luck!
