This brochure for Kahlua came to me in the mail over 20 years ago and I hung onto it because it had really great recipes in it. When I tried the Kahlua Candied Yams on friends at Thanksgiving, it was a huge hit, but when I tried it on my family, nothing but complaints...they wanted the traditional recipe. It's kind of like my special dressing recipe that includes raw almonds and sliced water chestnuts, friends liked it a lot, family did not. Personally, I think they're delicious this way.
