Some local hairstylists are doing a good thing by giving free haircuts to kids with incarcerated parents or kids who've been in the Foster Care System tomorrow. Hairstylist Lanelle Rowe organized the whole thing because after being incarcerated herself, she knows what a fresh haircut can do for a kid. Lanelle is a mother herself and actually learned how to be a stylist while she was incarcerated for ten years. The event is tomorrow at Great Spirit Methodist Church in Northeast Portland from 2pm to 7pm and the haircuts are free!
