Red Flags In The Extreme Heat

Heat stroke and heat exhaustion are nothing to joke about. And it just seems like this week is uncomfortably hot! Hopefully you're drinking enough water, staying cool, and taking frequent breaks.

But if the heat gets too much, you may not know at first. Here are some of the symptoms to watch for in yourself and others:

  • How you feel (fatigued, sluggish)
  • Less trips to the bathroom
  • Concentrated darker yellow urine
  • Muscle cramping
  • Blacking out

Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. And don't forget your pets.
