Ted Lasso and Succession (two of Stacey and Mike's FAVS) top the list of Emmy nominations. And if you haven't seen either yet we're jealous of you, you still get to experience them both!
HBO's "Succession" leads all Emmy nominees with 25 nods. Apple's "Ted Lasso" and HBO's "The White Lotus" are tied for second with 20 each. Chadwick Boseman, Jessica Walter, and Norm Macdonald got posthumous nominations. "Squid Game" picked up 14 nominations, including Best Drama Series. Several cast members got acting nods, too.
Selena Gomez also got left out, even though "Only Murders in the Building" is up for Best Comedy Series, and both Steve Martin and Martin Short were nominated.
"Stranger Things" got nominated for Best Drama Series, but no actors were recognized. Fans think Sadie Sink should have totally been nominated for playing Max. And seriously what happened to This Is Us? And Yellowstone? Leaving them out completely? Well that's just mean.
"The Emmys" will air live on September 19th on both NBC and Peacock.
