Thanks to Jamie in Beaverton for sharing this story about hugs. (I'm a hugger, love them hugs)
A Kansas officer has been getting alllll the love for hugging a driver stopped for speeding who was going through "some personal challenges."
In a video uploaded by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, Deputy Bussell could be seen offering support to a driver.
Bussell consented to the hug request and moments later the driver embraced the police officer
The majority of comments on the video praised the deputy’s conduct and others wanted to raise awareness about mental health struggles. One commenter said: "We need more people like this. Mental health is real."
