Seen on Chicago CTA redline around 2:30 Friday. Homeless lady was sleeping, next to her was a bag of clothing. Bed bugs were scrambling over the clothing everywhere. I notified the operator, who called in a cleaning crew. They quarantined and cleaned this car, while the rest of the train was still in use. The homeless lady got off, and waited for the next train...so this presumably happened again. I told the CTA worker who was the head of cleaning, he did not seem to care about the source of the bugs.
