According to a new study, all you need is a little discipline to tack on another decade or so to your life. The five things you should be doing stat:
- eat a healthy diet
- control your weight
- partake in...regular exercise (sorry if the word partake conjured up visions of something else)
- drink in moderation
- don’t smoke
I searched this article up and down and nothing there about binge-watching or drinking coffee.
