5 Things That Can Extend Your Life Another Decade+

According to a new study, all you need is a little discipline to tack on another decade or so to your life. The five things you should be doing stat:

  1. eat a healthy diet
  2. control your weight
  3. partake in...regular exercise (sorry if the word partake conjured up visions of something else)
  4. drink in moderation
  5. don’t smoke

I searched this article up and down and nothing there about binge-watching or drinking coffee.
