The latest Instagram trend is the "Instasplit" and it was all started last year by Victoria Beckham. Posh Spice, the sole Spice Girl NOT going on the reunion tour, posted a pic last year of her leg stretched at a seemingly impossible angle in the air as she checked her emails. Not sure why now people are obsessed with the trick but here ya go.
