Saying "Ok Boomer" At Work Can Get You Fired

'Ok Boomer." You may have heard your kids say it or it's showing up as a meme on your social media. But the dismissive term from Gen Z to Baby Boomers could get you in trouble with HR and work, and possibly even fired. Even if you're not saying to a boomer, it can be considered age discrimination and land you in the bosses office. Continual use of the term at work could be considered harassment.
