Trying To Eat Better? The "Food Compass" Ranks Worst To First Grocery Items

Hey Stacey here, if you’re like me and keep vowing to eat healthier but then realize you have no idea what that even looks like- some great shopping tips from the Scientists at Tufts University. Their "Food Compass" is the first major nutrient profiling system to use consistent scoring across diverse food groups, which is especially important for mixed dishes. For example, in the case of pizza, many other systems have separate scoring algorithms for the wheat, meat, and cheese, but not the finished product itself.
