Stacey & Mike's Happy News: The NKOTB Fan Cruise That Saved One Fans Life

A teacher in California received a life-saving gift with help from New Kids on the Block. Theresa Crockett, who has Polycystic kidney disease, a genetic disorder, became so desperate for a new kidney, she advertised it at a concert.

She brought a sign to the New Kids show, saying she was looking for a donor. Donnie Wahlberg was the first to see the poster. He said, 'I got you, I got you,' and brought the sign on stage and made the announcement. Sure enough, another New Kids on the Block fan - Christina Meyer of Wisconsin - reached out to her and offered her kidney.

Being a huge fan, Theresa said she knew in her heart that her favorite band could make something magical would happen. Some would say they still have the Right Stuff.
