You learn something new every day. Never knew we had a "troll bridge" in Portland. Hey we're always looking for an excuse to get out on a beautiful day. And in keeping with the "Keep Portland Weird" slogan maybe you bring out-of-towners here for a photo op. Kinda like the gumball alley in Seattle.
