They do it every year, and thousands of people come to see the amazing Christmas lights at the Victorian Belle in North Portland. Nearly every inch of the 2.5 acre garden is lit up. You can tour the inside of the mansion as well, and it's all decked out with Christmas trees and decorations on each floor. It's the gem of North Portland, used for weddings and special events as well.
