In case you missed it, some of George Floyd's last words, “I can’t breathe” were projected on the side of the federal courthouse in downtown Portland last night, and the time of 8 minutes and 46 seconds were projected on the side of Portland's World Trade Center downtown, later replaced by "Black Lives Matter".
