Yesterday I read a new study that ranked Portland as the third most Generous City in the country, right behind Minneapolis at number one and Seattle at number two. A lot of the information in that study was related to how much Portlander's give to others, much of it through generous donations to charities and non-profits, and also through acts of volunteering. Today is Giving Tuesday, a day for people across the country, and right here at home, to get together and give back to our community.
