We love to share things that are SOOOOO Portland so check out this 100% completely sustainable building downtown at SW 1st and Pine. PAE, an engineering consulting company, announced the completion of its 58,000 square-foot Living Building which produces all of its own energy on-site, including only using water that falls on the building itself. Planners had to vet every material put into the building against a "red list", which included 780 chemicals.
