Stacey and Mike's Helping Hands is supporting SOLVE as they restore and preserve Oregon’s environment by mobilizing the power of volunteers and partners with the generosity of donors. Across the state, SOLVE brings diverse communities together to improve the health and safety of our neighborhoods and natural areas including our coast, rivers, parks, and forests.
SOLVE implements litter cleanups because they know the importance of keeping our neighborhoods safe and healthy, while also understanding the importance of picking up litter before it heads downstream, impacting our waterways and ocean. And by continually planting native trees and shrubs and removing invasive species to help Oregon’s habitats stay healthy, SOLVE continues to support a wealth of pollinators and other wildlife.
Each year on Earth Day, the annual Oregon Spring Cleanup happens but even year round thousands of Oregonians, community leaders and partner organizations are hosting beach cleanups, urban litter cleanup projects, and restoration events all over the state. Registration is live here
