The FIFA World Cup is back in North America for the first time since 1994. The opening game is Thursday in Mexico City with Mexico taking on South Africa. The U.S. team will play their opener Friday in LA against Paraguay. The action comes to Seattle’s Lumen Field from June 15 to July 6, with six matches scheduled. They painted the space needle for the occasion.

(CLIP) Steven Spielberg’s new movie “Disclosure Day” opens tomorrow, a sci-fi thriller about a massive government alien cover-up. Emily Blunt, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson. The movie is looking to bring in 35-million dollars in North America and about 65-million-dollars around the globe. It's up against the second outing for "Scary Movie," the sixth in the Wayans brothers' parody franchise.

The World Cup is on and if you like to watch with other fans parties around town include GOL PDX, Pioneer Courthouse Square, OMSI just to name a few. If you can’t make a watch party, you can listen to it on the free iHeartRadio app.
