Also: it's really windy in parts of the area....PDX has been gusting to 40 MPH out of due east...we have over a thousand power outages scattered across the Metro area in PGE service territory....while Pacific Power is still fighting with nearly 30K customers still blacked out from Monday's snowstorm, most in the Roseburg area.
