Nicole Hudson and Phil Kirkland were doing the 7:00 pm shout out to front line workers from their balconies in Portland's Pearl district when Phil noticed Nicole one floor below. An idea struck him: Why not offer her some wine? At first Nicole was perplexed until she realized what Phil had in mind. So she held her glass out as Phil filled her glass from above. As it happened, Kim and Rich Williams were walking by and caught the whole thing on video. It has since gone very, very viral and the attention all four are getting is being redirected to the very front line healthcare workers they were celebrating in the first place.
