Adam Slesinger, who goes by the nickname 'Bread,' has been a big gamer. for years. And that love of gaming has raised more than $100,000 for Hasbro Children's Hospital through his streaming effort.
13 years ago, he had been working on creating a game for Star Wars, when a co-worker approached him. And that's when Adam learned about Extra Life, a charitable gaming program of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals which raises funds and awareness across the U.S. and Canada.
Since Adam had a great computer gaming setup, and the ability to stream everything live, he decided he too would play video games for 24 hours, and raise money for Hasbro Children's Hospital.
During the fundraising window, he does drink lots of water and takes meal breaks and gets up occasionally to move around.
