The 17th annual Washington County K9 Trials will be held this Saturday at Hillsboro Stadium, and you can bring the family to watch. The dogs will be tested on searching, agility, suspect apprehension, speed and handler protection. There's also a community fair and a meet-and-greet with the K9s and their handlers after the competition. It starts at 10 a.m.
TRAFFIC HEADS UP: Portland's Broadway Bridge will be closed for maintenance work this Sunday. The Bridge will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Alternate routes include the Steel and Burnside bridges.
