Taylor Swift enjoys seeing "Snow On The Beach" (weird but beautiful) from inside her coastal Rhode Island estate, and has big plans to expand the property in 2025.
According to The Providence Journal, Swift has hired contractors to renovate the $17.75 million property, located along the water in "Westerly's Watch Hill neighborhood." A building permit revealed that the "Karma" songstress plans to add a new bedroom and bathroom to the property and renovate the kitchen.
Swifties have already spotted cranes surrounding the mansion, accompanied by "wood framing" set off to the side of the property. The Providence Journal mentioned that Swift purchased the property in 2013 and has since thrown a handful of unforgettable Fourth of July parties there, possibly inspiring 2020 hit single, "The Last Great American Dynasty," among other tracks.
The illustrious mansion, encompassing 11,000 square feet, sits atop a hill overlooking the ocean, and abuts a beach. While the permit did include a few specifics, the number of bathrooms and changes she plans to make to the kitchen were not elaborated upon.
Swift became a billionaire in 2023 and claimed the title of "Richest Female Musician On Earth" (according to Forbes' annual list), in 2024. As of last October, the "Lover" icon's net worth reached a whopping $1.6 billion, and that was before the conclusion of her world-renowned Eras Tour.
