A driver faces vehicular homicide charges for a crash in Vancouver that killed a pedestrian Monday night.
Police say 26-year-old Noah Merchant ran a red light, hit a car that caused his Jeep to rollover. The Jeep hit two pedestrians in a crosswalk.
A 34-year-old woman died at the scene. A 43-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition.
Merchant was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on DUI, Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Assault, and Reckless Driving charges.
A 20-year-old woman in Merchant's vehicle was charged with Minor in Possession.
