February is Black History Month & I found this great story from KGW TV about this Navy Vet who lives in NE Portland named Chad Brown. After serving in Desert Storm & suffering from PTSD he became homeless & almost took his own life…then he went Fly Fishing & it turned everything around for him. Chad ended up founding Soul River, an organization that pairs veteran mentors with inner-city youth. It's a great story and a wonderful thing that Chad & team are doing for kids.
