Okay, so I have a fear of heights, but my friend Deb asked me if I wanted to go zip lining and I didn't hesitate and said "yes". So Saturday we went up to Skamania Lodge, where they have Skamania Lodge Adventures, which includes a zip line tour. I have to admit that on one of the highest platforms I thought to myself, "What in the hell am I doing up here?", but I've gotta say, I had a fantastic time...even walking across the swinging suspension bridge in the wind. Color me "exhilarated"! Now I'm looking for more zip line places, and have heard there's a great one in Warrenton!
This suspension bridge is very high up in the air and it was windy to boot!
