We wanted to tell you about Belle, a sweet dog whose doctor diagnosed her with a birth defect that makes her look permanently surprised.
The adorable mix of doberman and cattle hound was born with the muscles in her head stretched back, leaving her looking wide-eyed at all times.
Lieschen O’Connor adopted Belle in 2017 from the Humane Society, an organization that provides care for homeless and abused animals.
“Her expressions make my heart swell,” said one fan. Another called her the cutest dog on TikTok. “I love her so much”.
Belle’s condition doesn’t cause her any pain but her 38-year-old mom regularly needs to apply eye drops as they often get dry.
Belle’s unique look has won her over 160,000 followers on TikTok.
