It's Hood River Valley Harvest Festival time again. Bring a big basket or bag and stock up on fresh local apples, pears, squash, raw honey, beautiful flowers, local plants, herbs, and more.

Oregon's largest haunted attraction Scaregrounds PDX returns to Oaks Park this weekend. There are many more haunted houses here.

The historic town of St. Helens, 45 minutes from Portland, celebrates The Spirit Of Halloweentown all October long with haunted tours, costume contests, and celeb appearances. In fact this weekend the one and only Kathy Najimy, Mary Sanderson from Hocus Pocus, will be there!

Saturday is the Oregon Music Hall of Fame Induction and concert.

Día de Muertos: A Celebration of Life is a compilation of artistic installations and art exhibits across the State of Oregon, based on the community tradition of Day of the Dead.

HUGE day for U of O! The #3 Ducks are hosting #2 Ohio State, both are undefeated and playing for the top spot in the Big Ten. The Ducks are 3 ½ point underdogs. Kickoff is 4:30 Saturday on KGW channel 8.

The Rose City Rollers are back for another season. The Rose City Rollers league is made up of over 400 smart, tough, accomplished women, girls and gender-expansive individuals who skate fast, hit hard, and defy stereotypes about athletes in women’s sports.

Plan ahead for next weekend to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta, where costumed characters race around Tualatin Commons Lake. The event also features all things “pumpkin” with golf, checkers, decorating, professional pumpkin carvers and more.
