On Friday, McMenamins’ Mission Theater will be showing ‘The Beatles in Portland: The Complete Story,‘ a documentary featuring concert goers, reporters and photographers as they relive what happened when The Beatles played the Memorial Coliseum. The documentary follows the Beatles from their arrival at the airport all the way to their two performances, including over 100 rare photographs and a backstage meeting with The Beach Boys.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: The Hawthorne Bridge in Portland will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians from 3 p.m. to 6 a.m. this Saturday and Sunday. Crews will be inspecting equipment on the East Tower of the lift bridge. The Morrison Bridge is an alternate for vehicles and pedestrians.
