*Turns out your weekend Netflix marathons might be doing more than just helping you unwind—they could actually be good for your mental health. A new study found that binge-watching helps people stay mentally engaged with stories even after they’ve finished them. Reimagining scenes, exploring characters, or even rewriting endings. Binge on friends - it’s a healthy exercise for your brain. So binge away friends and have a great weekend!
