Stacey & Mike's Happy News: Thrift Store Scream Mask Goes For Big $$$

A California stay-at-home mom named Brittany Care stopped by her local Goodwill looking for some spooky decorations and walked out with a $5 treasure.

She picked up what looked like a dirty old mask… nothing fancy until she spotted the “Fun World” authentication logo on the back. That’s when she realized she might have stumbled onto something special. The old mask turned out to be a vintage Ghostface mask from the Scream movies, a collector’s item worth hundreds.

Those "Ghostface" masks actually predate the movie. They came out five years before "Scream" hit theaters. It turned out the mask she bought was from the first production run in 1991.

Rather than trying to cash in big, Brittany listed it on eBay hoping it would end up with someone who truly appreciated it.

By the end of the auction, the winning bid went even higher

After fees, Brittany walked away with more than $670…not bad for a quick Goodwill find! Btw…her viral post has racked up over a million views!
