There’s a project out of the UK that’s turning heads for all the right reasons, and it’s built on a simple idea: bring a little excitement back into people’s lives.
It matches seniors with owners of supercars who volunteer to take them out for high-speed rides, giving them a chance to feel the thrill most people never experience.
The reactions say everything. People in their 80s and 90s are climbing in, laughing, joking, and coming out of it saying they feel like rock stars.
What makes it even more meaningful is where it came from. The founder started it after losing his grandmother during the isolation of the pandemic, and he wanted to create something that would help others avoid that same loneliness.
