Stacey & Mike's Happy News: 10yo Boy Uses Savings to Start 3D Print Biz

A 10 year old kid in Texas named Ernesto saved up about $500 from doing chores so he could buy his first 3D printer, then turned a corner of his home into a workshop where he designs and prints things like keychains, whistles, can openers, and fidget style items meant to help people dealing with anxiety or ADHD.

What makes the story even better is that this has become something meaningful for his whole family. His mom says the business has taught him patience, time management, and responsibility, even if it gets stressful sometimes.

In just a few months, Ernesto has already made around $1,500 in profit, partnered with a local clothing store to sell his products, and expanded from one printer to three to keep up with demand.

Ernesto says one day he wants to make enough money to buy a house for himself and his mom.
