Is today the day you become a rainbow in someone else's cloud? Consider being an advocate and supporter of Pride NW. While June was officially declared Pride Month in Oregon this year by Governor Tina Kotek, our big Pride events are happening in July and the theme this year is: Feast and Love.
In celebration of their 30th year of Pride Northwest, this year’s Portland Pride theme, Feast and Love, invites us to come together as a community, as a family, and create a new chapter in our story. We extend an invitation to all, regardless of age, gender, or background, to bring your authentic self to the table of LOVE that Pride Northwest has prepared for you. Together, we can honor the past, embrace the present, and forge a future that is even brighter and more inclusive than ever before.
Aside from the Pride Parade and Festival there are so many great Pride events to take part in like the Pride Night Market, The Spoon After Noon Drag Brunch, Gaylabration and more.
Pride Northwest is active year-round supporting and advocating for housing and food insecure LGBTQIA2S+ community members, building community with and fostering the talent of our LGBTQIA2S+ young people, ensuring that LGBTQIA2S+ voices and issues are included in decision-making that impacts our lives, responding to crisis, and much more.
Pride Northwest is a founding member of the PDX LGBTQIA2S+ Housing Collaborative, a member of the Welcome Home Coalition, and is actively engaged in building connections between LGBTQIA2S+ organizations and providers across the state.
