No matter your child's condition, Randall Children's Hospital has put together a team of pediatric specialists with a single goal in mind: to make your child feel better. Their skilled physicians, nurses and support team form a circle of care that creates the best possible experience for your child and your family.
They are proud to be both a level 1 children's surgery center and level 1 pediatric trauma center providing comprehensive care throughout the region and your child receives the best of collaborative medicine as well as therapeutic treatments through art, music, massage, healing gardens and even therapy dogs. All of this is done with the intention of healing the whole child.
This video treats you to more of what they do and why we are spotlighting Randall Children's Hospital for the month of December.
As part of the family-centered care offered at Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, they strive to help children feel comfortable and relaxed while they are in the hospital. Kids who are hospitalized throughout the year receive toys, books or craft projects and other activities to lift their spirits. This means they go through a lot of toys and always need help replenishing our stock. Learn more on how you can support what they do here.
Toy donation guidelines are not just limited to new toys. Guidelines are as follows:
